1- Business and growth opportunities, accelerating Together Orchestra, a business that we presented at the beginning of the year with projection on a local, regional and global scale, in an ecosystem of value for our clients.

Our geographic expansion will continue with the 2024 goal of softlanding in the United States. It will be a difficult year of great local uncertainty, but we will continue to develop capabilities and talents to resolve the complex transformations that are coming in key sectors.

2- It was a complex year, one of the most complicated of the economic crisis cycles of the last 30 years in Argentina. The main obstacle was inflation. Then, talent acquisition followed by the lack of future predictability of the business environment along with investment decisions.

Our way of addressing these obstacles is to “take care” of our people, customers and partners.

3- All those that provide greater predictability to economic actors, in order to have the possibility of projecting business in a reasonably clear way. Also, those that have to do with a more stable currency, with greater legal security, fewer regulations on the markets and that favor investment conditions.
